All About {n}

I didn't plan on participating in this one when I saw it a month or so ago. However, I've been feeling the itch to read a couple of holiday stories so I thought, why not? I'm planning on reading 2-3 books. Here are my potentials:
1. The Mansion by Henry van Dyke
2. Skipping Christmas by John Grisham
3. In the Dark Streets Shineth by David McCullough

Read any of these?

You can find the sign up post here. This challenge is hosted by All About {n}

  1. I read Skipping Christmas years ago...I remember being entertained but not much else. :/ The David McCullough book you listed caught my eye--looks interesting!

  2. Melody - Yeah, that is kind of what I am expecting. My family was going on a cruise this Christmas, and it was canceled, so that is why I decided to read the Grisham, even though the situation should be different. I'm hoping it will give me a breather from finals if nothing else! And I am reading the McCullough tonight right after I do the dishes, so I'll be posting a review on that one in the next few days!
