The stars this month are baby books -- yup, it's coming down to the wire. I also got my new California library card, thank goodness!

Borrowed from the library:
The Giver by Lois Lowry
Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke
Enshadowed by Kelly Creagh
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling
Gathering Blue by Lois Lowry
Room by Emma Donoghue

Purchased:
Heading Home With Your Newborn: From Birth to Reality by Laura A. Jana and Jennifer Shu
Breastfeeding Made Simple: Seven Natural Laws for Nursing Mothers by Nancy Mohrbacher, Kathleen Kendall-Tackett, and Jack Newman
(See? I wasn't kidding about those baby books).
Sweet Venom by Terra Lynn Childs (Free on Kindle at time of purchase)

Borrowed from my mama:
Son of the Shadows by Juliet Marillier (SO EXCITED TO READ!)

That's all for this month!

    1. Thank you so much! That totally made my day. I can't take credit for the blog being pretty -- the design was done by http://foreverdesignstudio.com/. I love it too, she did a great job!

  2. Woah hello awesome books from the library! I'm reading Gathering Blue right now and I really like it. Jonathan Strange was a little slow but SO worth it! It was some awesome fantasy - I loved it. Enjoy your books!

    1. Oh good, that makes me look forward to it even more! I am really enjoying Gathering Blue right now as well, although I'm really curious to see how it ties in with The Giver!
