I am very excited to read all of these! Reading has been slow for me lately because my schedule has been obscenely busy with school and I have been working through some thick, heavy books for the Indie Lit Awards (I'm almost done, but should be already). However, next week is spring break, and I am hoping to get some solid reading in and catch up on my library books and NetGalleys. I am staying away from the website until I am all caught up. Do you think I can handle it?

Those are some awesome books. I hear you about a slow reading front. Man, I feel like it's been forever since I've curled up with a book.
ReplyDeleteI know, it seems to be a tough time of year for everyone. I am so happy that i have spring break coming up soon.
DeleteIt's hard to stay away from NetGalley. I always want to "just get on there to check and see what they've gotten recently" and end up requesting a ton of stuff. And now I need to build myself my own personal NetGalley month...which doesn't sound like a bad idea, actually.
ReplyDeleteI should maybe do that as well. Right now I read on a schedule of "Review, adult, YA" but maybe I need to just go on a NetGalley marathon for a while. I still have books from last year that i need to read!
DeleteThank you for putting The Unfinished Work of Elizabeth D on your wish list! As an author, it's still so odd and thrilling to have people beginning to know about your book when you work on it alone for so long like the crazy woman in the attic. Hope you enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome! I am looking forward to reading it. Thank you for visiting the blog -- I'll be posting my thoughts on the book around its publication date!
